When my 3 1/2 year old daughter was diagnosed with Celiac Disease almost 1
1/2 years ago, she couldn't tolerate dairy. It gave her diarrhea. After
being diagnosed the doctor or dietician said that after going GF the villi
would return... (which is where the enzyme to break down lactose it) and
therefore most people are able to tolerate dairy after they "heal".
Initially, this proved to be true. But it wasn't long... and that
changed. Now she reacts even more easily/severly than before. Diarrhea.

Can anyone explain this? Can anyone relate to this? It just seems that
if anyone should "bounce back" and do great it would be a kid.

Thank you in advance,
Dosha Anderson
