I have had a hard time finding yellow cheeses that don't contain anatto.  I
came across this web site last night and send them an e-mail about what is

Response from Egg Farm Dairy to my inquiry about gluten in their products:


NONE of EFD's products contain ANY additives: we only use milk, cream,
cultures, rennet, and some salt.
