Hi,

Thought you might like to hear this...My husband went to McDonald's last
night to get some food for the kids. He went through the drive through
and when he received the food, he pulled over and carefully inspected
our special order for our celiac son...and as expected, they screwed
up. So, my husband went in, and told one of the workers what he
wanted...the worker looked at my husband and said, "Oh! You must have a
celiac in the family!" My husband nearly fell to the floor. Never has
he met a person who knew and understood about celiac disease before
without having to give an explanation. It turned out that the worker, a
young man of about 16 years, is also a celiac himself!

Wouldn't it be nice if we could encounter a server or two like that for
each restuarant we frequented?
