I will be traveling to Sofia, Bulgaria to visit my deployed husband in
July.  I have scoured the internet and have found very little information
about eating gluten-free.  The traditional food seems to be almost naturally
gluten-free, but I'd like to be as careful as possible.  I have already
found the phone number of the coeliac group there, with a disclaimer to wait
until I get in country to contact, but this makes me quite nervous.  I have
also found a Bulgarian restaurant card.  Any further information about
traveling to this part of the world gluten-free, including accomodations,
etc. would be most appreciated.
