Thanks to all of you who helped.
It appears unanimous that T Glacier is a Idaho origin pure potato (no
grain) vodka.  Most repondents had used it personally without ill effects.

Two other points were mentioned for those interested:  T-Glacier may be
more expensive than the Polish brand Luksasowa.   And one respondent had
received report from Smirnoff that thiers is made from corn, not other
grains, and would therefore be a cheaper alternative.

Once again, the people here have been a wonderful help!
