I tried this item after finding it on a couple of GF food lists.  Now
I've been told that JELL-O denies that their instant pudding mix is GF.
I will, however, continue to use it because I know that food
manufacturers often "cop out" by denying their products are GF even when
they are GF so as to avoid liability issues incase someone gets sick
from their products.  Whether or not you use Jello Instant Pudding is
your choice.  We are each responsible for our own diet choices.  End of
discussion, please, please, please!  :o)   BTW, I use vanilla flavor in
my Best Ever Chocolate chip cookies and they are delicious.  ~Valerie in
