Greetings! There are so many of you out there that have multiple food allergies/intolerances that I hope you can help.

My newborn is not tolerating dairy or soy and I am really having a hard time finding things to eat. I am eating lots of raw fruits and veggies as well as some meats, but I am getting frustrated with my options. Fruits and veggies do not keep the hunger away for long when you are nursing! Any recipes you have that are gluten free, soy free and dairy free would be appreciated. I am especially looking for baked goods recipes...bread, cookies, etc.

Please be aware that soy and/or dairy are in butter, margarine and shortening unless someone knows of some that are dairy and soy free. That is what has made baking and cooking very difficult for me!

Please do not email me and tell me to stop nursing. Even if that was a possibility in my mind, dairy free and soy free formulas are super expensive and hard to find.

If you would like me to summarize, drop me a note a let me know.

Thank you in advance for your help!

Kimberlee
