I will put my neck on the line an venture an answer to this question.  To
my knowledge there is not a GF pie crust available from one of the US
vendors.
 
Natural Feast, (800) 748-2772, offers a complete line of prepared pies.
 
The pie crust recipes in Bette Hagman's second and third book are excellent.  I
have eaten both.  The recipe from the second book was used in winning an award
at a country fair in competition against wheat based crusts.
