I received a number of great suggestions for Kansas City and we had a  
great experience there.  We went to whole foods (Overland Park, KS),  
Waldo's Pizza (Lee's Summit), and Outback.  I highly recommend  
Waldo's Pizza to anyone who goes to the KC area as it was the best GF  
pizza I have had - I could not tell it was GF and neither could my  
non-GF family.
