Hi Everyone,

Thanks to all that responded to my question on Vitamin B12. I did
respond to some of you individually. I have had the testing done but I
have not gotten the results yet. Some of you think that I should have
the shots if I am deficient and others have said they take Vitamin B12
orally. I gather that we all have this malabsoption problem, and I do
follow the diet religiously. I take multi-vitamins, calium with vitamin
D and also Actonel for ostioporisis.

I do have a checkup every year and this is the first time that a doctor
has said anything to me before results are in. I do not have any
tingling or numbness or fatigue or loss of balance. I will go for a
second opinion before I start taking shots or any more medications. I
have had bad reactions to B 12 shots and that is a real concern for me.
