Hi all. This is my first post to the list, and I wanted to let all of you
know I have greatly appreciated the info you have given me. I have
recently been diagnosed with CS (within the last month) and have needed the
general advice given by the list members.

The reason I am posting is that I have not found a GF ricotta cheese in the
Columbus OH area. I searched the archives and found several brands, all of
which do not sound at all familiar. Does anyone know of GF ricotta cheese
around Columbus? Or are there any decent substitutes if I can't buy some?

Thanks for the help,
Louise in Columbus
