Catherine

Thanks for answering. It is nice to hear from someone that seriously works
out that knows about my condition. I work out here locally at a Gold's Gym.
Before I was diagnosed I had lost 35lbs though Weight Watchers, or so I
thought. Now I wonder if I lost because I was getting sicker. I tried a
program at the gym that was based on losing body fat only and maybe picking
up a few lbs. of lean. This program worked 100% for everyone else that
followed it except me. I am a very dedicated person. I can follow any plan
I set my mind to. Without cheating even a little bit it didn't work for me,
of course. I am still in the predicament of having additional problems, such
as it seems milk intolerance, I cannot tolerate oils very well, and now I
seem to have hypoglycemic symptoms. I am working with a Dr. here but she is
also new to this area of disease.

Can you give me a suggestion as to how much I should be working out. I would
still like to lose body fat but know that this may only be a pipe dream. I
do not want to overwork my body as I know this may only make my immune system
more depressed. I would appreciate any advice you can give me.

Thanks,
Karyn
