Hi Everyone,

I am writing to you to let you know what has worked for me for
shampoos.I have 2- 800 numbers.The one I have been using is Phytovolume
shampoo andPhyto7 for the hair conditioner. They are both wheat and
gluten free.I went to the beauty salon and explained my problem and
asked her if she knew any that I could use.She came up with this and it
is used by both sexes. My hair is alot happier.I also use to have perms
but since I was having problems with frying my hair I decided not to
have perms for awhile. The perm I did use was "Matrix"Completely wheat
and gluten free.I was told by beauticians that any permant color dye
has mercury and wheat and gluten and that If Iam that senstive to stop
it at once,which I have.

I have found at trader joes "Edamame"in the freezer section which is a
frozen soy bean pod.Good source of fiber. Also they have frozen
pineapple and many other foods we can have.If you havent been to Trader
Joes befor I suggest you go in sometime and grab the wheat and gluten
free list to check it out.
