The Las Cruces Gluten-Free/Celiac Support Group will meet on Saturday, 
Sept. 15 at 1:30 p.m. at ASA Architects, 201 N. Alameda.

Topic for the day will be "Essentials for the Gluten-Free Pantry," with 
a show-and-tell format, so bring something that you've found to be 
essential for you. Also, we'd like to have reports on new gluten-free 
items you've run across in stores lately. As usual, we'll offer our 
discussion of hints for newbies, and encouragement for all who need it.

And, at long last, we'll distribute pizza crusts to those who indicated 
they'd like some!
