I received responses form only 8 different people.

~Another possibility that was suggested follows:
Are you aware of food hypersensitivity which is rare but can
cause similar histology as that found in CD?  This is found with the
following foods such as chicken, fish, soy, milk, eggs, and rice.

Other respondents were interested in my findings & or joining a SOY allergy
support group, as well.
