Greetings,

I only received a few replies from my posting asking about GF-friendly B&Bs on the east coast, but thank you to those who took the time to share their experiences and suggestions:

-Chicken Paradise in San Antonio, TX (www.chickenparadise.com) was recommended as a non-east coast alternative.

-Edgewater Farms in Phippsburg, Maine (www.ewfbb.com) which has a Celiac owner.

-Blackberry Inn in Camden, Maine (www.innsatblackberrycommon.com) is supposed to have beautiful scenery and a very helpful staff.

Also check out www.innseekers.com to search for listings of specialty inns.

Happy eating,
Jessica in Boston
