Hi,

I fly frequently with NorthWest from Frankfurt, Germany, to LA and back (with
a stop at Detroit).  The gf meal provided by NW on flights leaving Detroit
and Frankfurt is generally very good and only sometimes they seem to make a
mistake (e.g.  a piece of cake that everyone else also gets).  As far as I
know the Lufthansa Service Gesellschaft (LSG) provides the food on these
airports.

However on flights leaving from LA or Orange County I always get a non-gf
breakfast (grain cereal with wheat, e.g.)  labelled gf.  Obviously the
catering companies on these two airports have serious problems to deliver a
gf meal.  I don't know which company provides the meals for NW at LAX and
Orange County airport but I suspect that they also provide meals for other
airlines.
