I got to thinking about a comment one of you post recently.  That there wasn't chocolate on every Rice Chex in the box.  I eat them dry like popcorn but I'm allergic to caffeine.  I called General Mills and they don't measure the amount of caffeine in the cereal but it's there and that's probably why not every Rice Chex is covered with cocoa.
