PLEASE BRING A DISH TO SHARE!
Please bring enough to serve 15-20 people.
Be sure to bring a serving utensil, and recipe (including brand names, if
possible, as others have additional sensitivities and/or diabetes)

A-K Bring a Dessert
L-R Bring a Hot Side Dish
S-Z Bring a Cold Side Dish
The Board will provide appetizers.
Turkey, Ham and Bread will be provided.

Directions:

FROM THE NORTH:  I-294 South, exit EAST on IRVING PARK ROAD (Rt. 19), go
East less than half mile to 25th Ave., turn RIGHT (South), about 1-1/2 miles
to PACIFIC St. (stop light), turn RIGHT, go 2 blocks, Legion Hall on LEFT.

FROM THE SOUTH: I-294 North to exit EAST on ROOSEVELT RD (Rt. 38), go EAST 3
to 4 miles to 25th Ave., turn LEFT (North) about 5 miles into Franklin Park
to FRANKLIN Ave (stoplight), turn Left, go 1 block to CALWAGNER St, turn
Right, 1 block to PACIFIC St., turn LEFT, go half block, Legion Hall on
left.

FROM THE WEST: NORTH AVENUE (Rt. 64) to 25th St., turn LEFT (North) 2 miles
into Franklin Park to FRANKLIN Ave (stoplight), turn LEFT, go 1 block to
CALWAGNER St, turn RIGHT, 1 block to PACIFIC St., turn LEFT, go half block,
Legion Hall on left.

PARKING:  Park in Legion parking lot next to the building, enter through
front door on Pacific Street.

RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED!!!
RSVP by November 17th

Adults   $6.00 Per Person
Children 5-11    $3.00 Per Person
Children Under 5     No Charge

Any proceeds exceeding the cost of the event will be donated for celiac
research.

Help set-up/clean-up, help get donations for raffle prizes or help with
other small tasks (ie, bringing drinks, paper goods, rolls, etc.)
