Just wanted to say what a great time we had this past November 14-18 at the
all-inclusive resort called "Breezes" on Cable Beach, Nassau.  The trip was
listed here last year  for anyone to attend and we are sooo glad we decided
to go.  Bob and Ruth Levy   from Baltimore, Maryland did a great job of
organizing this getaway - many of the food products were donated by the
Gluten-Free Pantry.  Chef Ricardo Woods  from the Breezes did an outstanding
job catering to our special gf needs.  He even made us a fabulous birthday
cake, pizzas, fruit flans, french bread, and daily muffins. Meeting new folks
 was a definite plus.  A similar trip is being planned for this year again in
November - hope you can make it.
