Help, I feel so awful,

I am sorry if this is a repeat of something talked about,,,,,I just know I feel awful!

My husband and I were at a friends house, and a couple from Thailand were there. The following is what I ate,,,,,(and finished by 8:30pm,,and got sick to my stomach at about 10:30pm, my stomach got pain in it around the belly button, and bloated feeling, and now it is 1am and I have 2 times thrown up and well diareha.) I feel weak.

I did NOT EAT fish, the following in separate bowls, steamed broccoli, steamed cauliflower, (each of which seemed to be just out of the garden), tomatos, green beans, sticky rice (this is the 'real stuff' from an oriental store, I am thinking this is the problem,), cantalope, strawberrys with a little sugar on them, and water. Essentially a 'Thai' meal. No, I did not check the rice out.
Oh this is the worst I have ever felt. Except for the time I got food poisoning,,,,,but this is probably the 'gluten' reaction to something.

Again, I have been only diagnosed since April 1 and was excited to have gone 5 weeks finally gluten free 'officially' with all the adaptation.

Any help would be appreciated.

Diane
