I, too, find the issue of diet rotation to be very confusing. I hate the
thought of limiting my diet any more than necessary. I don't know how common
it is to develop sensitivities to foods eaten everyday. But, it seems to me
that vast numbers of people all over the world eat a very limited diet,
pretty much the same thing daily, and I wonder if they have as many problems
in this regard as we do in the US. I know when I lived on the rez & ate
pretty much the same thing daily I was much healthier than I have been since
I moved to the big city &
got a much more varied (& more refined/processed foods) diet. Maybe this is
just a coincidence? Kate in VA
