Ye I  tried them and was very sick. It took a few weeks to recover. The local
 group I belong to has a binder that lists foods to eat and letters from such
 companies. The letter from Quaker was in late 1993 I believe and it stated
that
 it was GF. I called the 1-800 number after being sick and they told me that
 these rice cakes had changed. One of the list owner's said that we should
check
 about every 6 months and he was correct in saying this.
