Dear Listmates,

I ate at P F Chang's Chinese restaurant last night and was so pleased to note
that the menu included a statement to be sure to let the staff know if you
had allergies, etc. or were "gluten intolerant"!

 I had with me a list I had copied from this list several months ago about
safe things to order (written by the CEO of the chain), but found I didn't
need it because there was a special printed gluten-free menu which my server
brought me.

The food was absolutely delicious, and these folks deserve to be patronized.
 I have no personal interest in this business, but just wanted to share this
good new.
