Listmates,

We are taking our trip of a lifetime at the end of this month with a two week cruise/land tour of Alaska on the Coral Princess - from
Vancouver to Fairbanks. A BIG thank you to Lin for the cruising summary found in the archives from September of last year.
It was very informative, especially since I have never cruised before.

I've already been in touch with them concerning diet restrictions as I have many more restrictions/allergies than being GF, soy being
a particular problem for me. I rarely eat bread/dessert, so am not interested in specialty GF items - just safe meat, fruit, vegetables.
Breakfast is going to be a challenge because of egg allergy. Our group has requested anytime dining.

Two of our group land excursions include a salmon feast and in one short video, it appears that the fish is being basted with some
sort of sauce. I'll direct this question to them, but does anyone know how it is prepared or have more recent cruise experiences to share?

We've never cruised before, so I would really appreciate any input and tips you have to offer.

Thank you,
JJ
