When diagnosed in 1994, I read somewhere that Minute Rice was unsafe for
Celiacs and we have avoided its use in our home ever since.  Now we'd like to
try it.

Does anyone know: does the process of producing minute rice render it unsafe,
or it is OK?  Thank you.
