Hi.  I am one of the people that put our restaurant card together for our
Michigan group.  We included millet & buckwheat because both are
questionable grains. Our group believes in zero ingestion of gluten and
perfer to be on the safe side. We also questioned our dietitian advisor
(who is also celiac) and she also said to put it on the card. Again, this
is a personal perferance, but our group tends to be vey conservative.  We
feel its better to do without a grain or two than have the possibility of
