Hello all

Are we as healthy as others ? - In my opinion,

celiacs who follow the diet and cook from scratch,
... are living a better life than others.

After releasing my post, I immediately got a sixpack
of confirmative responses. This does not sound like
much, but I feel, that there are many of us out there,
who would (like to) think as I do in this case. All it
takes is an effort to look at celiac life positively
and see the chances it gives for a concious life.
