The Middle Georgia GIG will meet on Saturday, May 16 at 11:00 am for a Pot-
Luck Lunch.  Bring your favorite Salad, Dessert or Fiber Rich Recipe to share, 
along with a list of ingredients.  

Our topic for the day is "Winning the Fiber Challenge".

We will meet at Central Baptist Church, 3rd floor, 1120 Lake Joy Road, Warner 
Robins.
