blindfolded taste test  for non-celiacs at a family Thanksgiving dinner
with a wheat pumpkin roll and a "Gluten Free 4 me" pumpkin roll.  I am
pleased to say, no-one could tell the difference!!!! Some PREFERRED the
taste of the gluten free version to the wheat version!!
