I'm planning a very last minute trip to Sanibel Island and Orlando next week.  Does anyone on this wonderful list know which grocery stores in these areas carry a good selection of gluten free stuff? I'm particularly interested in noodles and dessert type stuff and maybe gluten free rotisserie chicken.  I know there were some stores in the Orlando area when we went 4 years ago, although I don't remember which ones, but I don't know anything about the Sanibel/Fort Myers area. Any Whole Foods or something like it in either place?  I'm also interested in good restaurant experiences in those two areas if anyone has any.  We are actually staying in Lake Buena Vista, not far from Epcot. Thanks for any help you can give me  I will try to summarize the results.
