Hi all,

Many said my message did not come across the first time so I am
re-posting. Thanks for those who have responded so far. I will summarize
for the group soon.

~~~~~~
I recently was referred to an endocrinologist and through blood tests
she determined I likely have Celiac Disease and should begin a GF diet.
I have very few symptoms, and even those could be attributed to my
Hashimotos, SIBO or pituitary growth - all of which she also found. MY
question is has anyone else changed to GF without any known symptoms and
if yes, did you feel a lot different after? Also, if symptoms are that
light and I do have Celiac, will a crumb really hurt me that much?
Contamination seems almost impossible to avoid.
Chris
