Hi Listmates,

I have used Idahoan Instant Potatoes for several years now whenever the need arises and have been very  happy with them.   Recently, however, they have disappeared from my store shelves.

Can anyone recommend a brand of Instant Potatoes that are good and that they have verified are GF?
Also, they must be available in the regular supermarket as health food stores are few and far between here.
