Hello listmates,

We will be taking a trip next week to visit family in Virginia in Stafford
and Fredericksburg.  I would LOVE any suggestions you may have for family
friendly restaurants (4 kids will be under 3 years old - one of them my
celiac son) or grocery/health food stores in the area....
