I remember seeing something recently about pickles.  I have just found a
pickle that is half sour... of course I don't have it handy.. .but it lists
the ingredients as just water, cucumbers, garlic, salt and spices.  By a
company in Brooklyn.  They are delicious (yes I went ahead and tried them) and
I am going to try to contact the company tomorrow.
