When my daughter married 2 years ago, her mother-in-law asked me what the
chances of the grandchildren having celiac were, since I have it, along w/
her 2 brothers.  I assured her they were probably small, & that my sons had
been stressed before birth bec. my celiac was not diagnosed.  LATER, I
discovered that my son-in-law was cow's milk allergic as a child & his family
kept a goat in the country to supply milk for him! Personally, I'd rather
have celiac than a goat any day...Maybe I (and other celiacs, as well) should
have been asking the questions.  We'll see what happens when the baby arrives
next month...
