Hi,

I just made my first loaf of bread in my new bread maker. I planned to use the programable setting to make the bread the way I would have it if I were doing it on my own. But it took much longer in the machine. For example I had to bake it for over an hour, though the recipe (Gluten-free pantry light-rye mix) called for only 30 min, and the rising time was longer as well. I would appreciate if any of you who use this machine would let me know the setting (s) you use for baking GF bread.
