Today's North Carolina News & Observer says the trial of a local company
accused of falsely labeling gluten-free bread products has been postponed to
to inclement weather.

State officials will recommend to a judge that Great Specialty Products,
owned by Paul Selig, be shut down after agriculture officials discovered
contaminated gluten-free products.

*"What North Carolina did enforcing gluten-free claims is say, 'We're going
to take the health of North Carolinians seriously," said Alice Bast,
executive director of the National Foundation for Celiac Awareness, a
nonprofit based outside Philadelphia. "I have to applaud North Carolina."
