Thank You to all the people who responded to my question about milk-free
baking.

A couple people needed information on milk-free and egg-free baking. I
do not know about the egg-free substitutes, but here are the suggestions
about milk-free baking.

I recieved 15 replies total

5 recommended trying DariFree. I bought some and got improved bread by adding
only 1.5 TBSP to a bread mix I use based on the Red Star White Bread Recipe.
    I was very happy!!!!!!!!
2 Recommeded joining the Mo-Milk list server
2 use water, but decrease the total liquids, bake longer and are careful to have
    ingredients at room temperature.
1 uses soy powder, but it is not a 1:1 substitute. I have tried this with some
    success.
1 recommended Dietary Specialists mixes - I have tried one and it was good.
1 recommended Authentic Foods 1-800-806-4737
others recommended soymilk like "Wave" or Rice Milk like "Pacific Rice Drink" or
    "Rice Dream"

Marci's Soft White Bread recipe using DariFree was poster earlier and is
recommended. I have a copy if anyone needs it.

Thank You for your help.
