Listmates:

According to CSA, millet is to be avoided.  In a British cookbook for
special diets, millet flour is called for in a number of recipes that
are "gluten-free."  Does anyone have any experience with millet, and
found it acceptable?  Or does anyone have an explanation for our
excluding it when others don't?
