The New Zealand Coeliac Society's latest magazine contains an extract of an
article from a British newspaper which reports on a laboratory that is to
research the genetic structure of grains of cereal and to develop variants
of wheat, rye and barley that are not toxic to Coeliacs.

Maybe sometimes progress can be a good thing - fingers crossed.
