Hi 

I am going to try to make chicken enchiladas with rice flour tortillas instead of corn tortillas.  Has anyone else tried this?  

The rice flour tortillas state that they are gluten free. The only corn tortillas I can find do not specify gluten free even though the ingredients look safe to me.
