McCormick's will send some great recipes if you request them.  The only
caution is that they call for Potato Flour when actually meaning Potato
Starch.  If you use McCormick's brand Potato Flour the recipes will turn out
because it actually is Potato Starch.  Hope that doesn't sound too confusing.
If you try using your own Potato Flour you will end up the thick tasteless
things.  My mother contacted the company because she though the recipes must
be using the wrong amount of flour and it was McCormick's who clarified the
Starch/Flour issue.
