Too much stress can certainly contribute and the fact that you ask if you
have it point to the conclusion that you probably do.  Try stress reducing
stradagies such as deep breathing and meditation 2 times a day and reducing
the least important things that are stressing you out.  Ginko Biloba
increases blood flow to the brain and has been reported to improve memory.
