Dear Amanda, It seems to me that I did read somewhere that salt contains an
anti-caking ingredient which may not be GF.  Also, you have to always
remember that just because something lists ingredients, that doesn't
necessarily mean that it was packaged or processed in a gluten-free
environment.  Check out the CSA Food Guide about the salt.  I buy Morton
Salt because it was mentioned in there as being GF.  Best wishes, Karen
