There is a new gluten-free menu at Texas Land & Cattle, which has
locations in TX, New Mexico, Arkansas, Missouri and North Carolina.
However, they seem to confuse gluten and dairy. The menu states order
everything "dry", meaning no butter. If you are not sensitive to dairy or
are not counting calories, you need not worry about the butter. Ask your
regular questions. Have a "blanket allergy statement" ready and be wary of
potential glutinous garnishes. Be sure to disclose all your food
sensitivities.

They recommend ordering salads dry, although oil & vinegar may be used
if desired. In my opinion, there's no point ordering a salad dry. The
Citrus Vinaigrette dressing seemed okay when I looked at a container label.
Perhaps others are GF as well; ask. Order all salads without croutons or
bread, of course.

If you can eat dairy, ask about ingredients in the sour cream for the
baked potato. The cinnamon topping on the sweet potato does contain dairy,
but not gluten.

Happy GF dining!

Sincerely,
