Listmates,

A couple of weeks ago I asked about the gluten free status of mustard
flour. I received 21 replies, 13 said it was gf and 8 said it isn't. By
reading all the replies I think pure mustard flour is ground mustard
seed and is therefore gluten free. However, some manufacturers add wheat
to keep the mustard flour free flowing. Apparently, this is another item
which requires contacting the manufacturer if in doubt.
