It is so exciting to have something show up locally, and I hope this 
will be helpful to others.  A new bakery has opened up on the Harvard, 
Ayer line, with a small sign which simply says "Peaches Bakery and 
Deli".  The owner says that is all the signage the town will allow.  The 
card says "A Gluten Free Bakery".  You walk in and see a large case of 
deli meat, pre-prepared food, and baked goods.  The whole thing is 
gluten free and mostly cooked from scratch.  There is a small case with 
glutenous items (she says she says she bakes parbaked items she orders) 
to one side, with a small special counter for preparing glutenous 
sandwiches.  All the other prep spaces are gluten free.  I love the turn 
around!  The food is good, selection somewhat limited, but appealing.  
I'm not connected, just a happy new customer.
