It is so exciting to have something show up locally, and I hope this
will be helpful to others. A new bakery has opened up on the Harvard,
Ayer line, with a small sign which simply says "Peaches Bakery and
Deli". The owner says that is all the signage the town will allow. The
card says "A Gluten Free Bakery". You walk in and see a large case of
deli meat, pre-prepared food, and baked goods. The whole thing is
gluten free and mostly cooked from scratch. There is a small case with
glutenous items (she says she says she bakes parbaked items she orders)
to one side, with a small special counter for preparing glutenous
sandwiches. All the other prep spaces are gluten free. I love the turn
around! The food is good, selection somewhat limited, but appealing.
I'm not connected, just a happy new customer.
