Contacted Shank's Extracts in Lancaster, PA at 800-3346-3135, www.shanks.com, regarding their Grandma's Choice Vanilla and Almond extracts.  Spoke with the quality control manager and was assured that, though not marked on their packaging, none of their extracts contain gluten, nor do they contain sugar.  No gluten-containing products are manufactured in their facility and are therefore considered safe for celiacs.
