Here is a list of recommended foods that freeze well:
"Colorado Chili" from Carol Fenster's Special Diet Celebrations cookbook

Dietary Specialties gf single serving frosted macaroni & cheese, chicken
chow mien, etc. They ship it in a cooler on dry ice. They have
pretzels, cookies, and many real good treats that are all gf.

GF bread was recommended for freezing, but I have not had any luck with
it tasting good.

meat balls, corn pasta, taco salad

bread from the bread maker, muffins, rolls, choc. chip cookies,
brownies, cupcakes, and a few other types of cookies.

spaghetti sauce, bread mixes that you put in ziploc bags and only have
to add the wet ingredients, write ingredients on the bag so anyone can
make it.

Foods that do not freeze well:
rice pasta
gf pasta
some said rice does freeze well, but I have not liked the way it tasted.
